Damaged or Faulty Items
If your record arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@soulcityrecords.co.uk with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To return an item:
- Contact us at admin@soulcityrecords.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Condition of Vinyl
Since we sell both new and vintage/reissue vinyl, please check the listed condition grading (Mint, VG+, VG, Good, Fair) carefully before purchasing. Records are graded honestly and we’re happy to answer questions about a specific item’s condition before you buy.
